Purpose of the job:
To develop, configure, maintain, support, and ensure coordination of installation and connectivity of computer systems to ensure the stable operation of the DST IT infrastructure by optimizing all new and existing network infrastructure, software, audiovisual system, telephone systems and data centre.

Key Performance Area:

• Maintenance of DSI network infrastructure
• Implementation of telecommunication and audiovisual system
• 2nd Level desktop support
• Configuration management
• Implementation and maintenance of local area network backbone

Knowledge
