Experience & Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years Management experience in a 5 star boutique operation or Big 5 reserve with in a similar lodge environment
Hospitality management qualification
Hospitality and service training experience
Room Division Experience
The ideal individual for the position will be detail orientated, passionate about guest delight and enjoy guest interaction.

Furthermore he/she needs to have strong administrative skills and enjoy staff motivation and development.

Candidates for this position should be a natural leader, passionate about people, and also be a very strong verbal and written communicator,

as maintaining and building relationships with repeat guests, tour operators and a variety of internal and external stakeholders is vital.
