We are seeking an Assistant Manager from the banking sector to fulfil the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities
• Security advice to client;
• Threats and Risk assessment;
• Client liaison and professional client relationship;
• Manpower Management;
• Equipment Management;
• Effectively dealing with and manage client complaints;
• Ensure that contractual requirements are met at all times;
• Incident and investigation management;
• Ensure compliance to the company’s disciplinary code;
• Initiating and chairing disciplinary hearings;
• Health & Safety Management;
• Ensuring Security Officers problems that are reported are solved;
• Ensure that all company SOP’S are followed;
• Ensure training takes place as and when required;
• After hour visits;

Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
• PSIRA certification – Grade A;
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
• Estate Security management experience;
• Firearm competency – business standard;
• Experience in compiling and managing rosters;
• Report Writing skills and knowledge of the BCEA;
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
• A working knowledge of MS Office;
• The ability to communicate and present at all levels;
• The ability to work under pressure;
• Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
• Own transport;
