We are seeking an Assistant Manager in the Guarding Division in Gauteng North

The suitable Candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Liaising with Client
• Threat and Risk Assessment
• Professional Client Relationship
• Manpower, Equipment and Incident Management
• Managing clamping of illegally parked vehicles, record keeping
• Managing of Parking and Traffic during Events
• Effectively dealing with and managing Client complaints
• Ensure that contractual requirements are met at all times
• Ensure compliance to the Companies disciplinary code
• Maintenance of the ISO 9001 quality system
• Initiating and chairing disciplinary hearings
• Address and try to resolve all Security Officers problems
• Ensure that all Company SOP’s are followed
• Ensure that training takes place as and when required
• After hour visits twice a month.
• Ensure all Policy and Procedures are followed.
• Ensure Health and Safety Compliance on Site
• Manage Events
• Assistance to Contract Manager

Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
• Psira certification – Grade A
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Relevant experience in a similar position advantageous
• The ability to work under pressure
• Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record
• Driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Pro-active and Not Re-active
• Ownership – Takes ownership of the Site.
• Integrated approach – Multi Skilled
• Knowledge of Risk and Environment (SHE)
• Engagement with Client and all Stakeholders
