Situated on a 10 Ha wooded property frequented by various birds and small game

Requirements :

Lodge / Boutique Hotel Management experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Excellent Guest Relations skills

Excellent Staff Relations skills.

Matric / Grade 12

Drivers License

Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, Maintenance Hotel / Lodge Departments experience

Reliable & trustworthy.

Mature & attention to detail.

Manage staff on a day to day basis and ensure allocated / regular tasks are completed on time and to the standard required

Ensure each unit is properly cleaned and prepared to the high standard required with any additional specific guest requirements implemented prior to arrival.

An important and crucial aspect of the job will be to receive guests on their arrival for check-in and to get them familiar with the unit / units in which they will be staying.
This will involve signing the register, checking names , number of guests and correct allocation of unit / units.
To be available to deal with any queries / issues that any of the guests might have during their stay.

To input details of revenue and expenses into a database (Quick Books).

Salary R 10 000 including fully furnished and equipped accommodation on the property including Wi-Fi

(No TV – Employee to provide own). Utilities such as water , gas and firewood are also provided.
