We are seeking brand ambassadors, experienced ASSISTANT MANAGERS who have the right attitude to join the team in Menlyn, Pretoria.
Providing premium customer service and a great shopping experience. Drive results to ensure that personal, team, and store sales and productivity goals are achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities

? Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis
? Product Knowledge
? Keep up-to-date with daily sale figures and personal targets
? Operating the till and accurately handling cash/ card transactions under Manager’s supervision or instruction
? Assist with cashing up procedures in conjunction with the Store Manager
? Providing styling advice and add on sales
? Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge
? Assisting customers with locating merchandise, answering queries or concerns
? Follow up on customer requests, orders, and queries, stock control in conjunction with the Store Manager
? Set up advertising displays or arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales
? Ensure the store and displays are clean and tidy at all times
? Receiving deliveries, unpacking and re-shelving or storing stock on manager’s instruction
? Replenishing shelves on a daily basis
? Assist with regular stock checks and stock takes
? Participate in the day-to-day running of the store
? Being vigilant at all times and help minimize stock loss
? Adhere to Health and Safety practices
? Adhere to Company policies and procedures
? Assist in supervising the team

Education & Experience Requirements

? Essential: Matric
? Essential: At least 2+ years relevant sales experience, within a retail environment
? Desired: Experience in supervising and leading a team
