RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced ASSISTANT MASTER GROWER for a well-established concern – position based in the outskirts of Pretoria.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license.
BSc Agric – Horticulture Degree (with a focus on tunnel production and floriculture, or similar Diploma.
3yrs+ previous tunnel cropping / management experience.
Position involves assisting with all daily duties and the management thereof in the cultivation of crops through all the cycles of production, harvest and post-harvest. To ensure that company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed diligently and all necessary data capture, SAPHRA & Global Gap compliance and the business is dealt with integrity and confidentiality and in a professional way.
Staff management experience.
