We are looking for an ASSISTANT RESTAURANT / ADMIN Manager to take charge of the POINT OF SALE system, oversee bookings, control and monitor FLOOR SERVICE, assist with food and beverage costings, menu pricing, cocktail menus, STOCK CONTROL of all wines and beverages, month-end STOCK TAKES as well as effective COST CONTROL measures.

Candidates with a talent of award winning / fine dining operations and service excellence when in front but with the passion and focus needed for effective SYSTEM and POS CONTROLS and Back of House operations.

Ideally a YOUNG and ENERGETIC, highly motivated and dedicated individual.

Strong knowledge of 5* type Wine lists, top Gin, Whiskey and Vodka brands, Cocktails and excellent FOOD KNOWLEDGE a requirement.
Own transport is essential
Previous knowledge of MICROS and GAAP Point of Sale Systems
