ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Our client is offering a contract position for 6 months at Delheim Garden Restaurant, Winelands. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
This is a dynamic daytime position and we requires a
Cape Wine Academy or WSET certification will be advantageous.
2-3+ Years’ managerial experience in the hospitality industry

Strong operational skills and organisational skills
Service and Guest Centric
Strong administration skills to include daily cash ups and day-end procedures, reports
Well-spoken, energetic candidate
