Job Description:

You will assist the Winemaker with:*the wine preparation process
fermentation
blending and stabilisation of wines
preparation for bottling
cellar administration
management of operating systems (IPW, WIETA)
cellar hygiene

Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Viticulture and Oenology
At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar position
Driver’s license and own reliable transport
Excellent computer proficiency
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
