Nitasat (PTY) Ltd is growing! Our company, based in the CBD of Cape Town is a growing concern which focuses on administrative and accounting services for our client. We are seeking the services of a contract Attorney with an innovative and entrepreneurial mind-set. The position would suit an energetic and ambitious individual seeking an opportunity in the debt review and credit industry. This would suit a candidate who is eager to grow and expand their business skills.

Required Services:

• Ability to develop new products
• Court applications and appearances
• Full Court Representation
• Legal advisory and drafting opinions and responses
• Development of junior legal administrators

Requirements:

• Must be a South African Citizen
• Must be a fully qualified Admitted Attorney
• Must possess a sound understanding of Debt Review legal proceedings
• Highly proficient in the Credit Industry
• A minimum of 2 year's experience as an Admitted Attorney
• A minimum of 2 year's experience at court representation level
• An understanding of developing a large range of product in the Legal space

Applications which do not meet the minimum requirements will not be considered. All applications submitted must provide a description of experience relevant to the ad. The contract duration is 6 to 12 months. There will be a 1 month review period in order to determine suitability for the role.
