Job Description

Managing various teams
Ensure that service quality is always up to company standards
Build dependable client relationships
Will adhere to statutory requirements and responsible for standard administration
Review automated audit work papers prepared by the audit staff to ensure sound audit theory and compliance with the department's methodology
Responsible for the daily supervision of audit staff and responsible for the development of audit staff and the completion of performance evaluations.
Training of subordinates
Ensure Professional Code of Conducts are always adhered to

Minimum Requirements

Qualified CA/ able to register as a CA (SA) / Accredited CTA
Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting / B.Com Honours degree / Accredited B.Com degree
1 year post articles exp.
Knowledge Of MS Office and Caseware
Excellent knowledge of auditing standards
ISA knowledge
Proficient in MS Office and Caseware
Must be fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Must have a valid driver’s license
MUST have own vehicle
