Automotive Accounting System implementation Client Consultant - Johannesburg
Matric with Accounting
NQF Level 5 qualification with accounting advantage
IT software qualification and experience beneficial
OR B com Degree or Diploma with accounting
ERP/ SAGE experience advantage or other
Must have advanced MS Excel working experience essential
Must have experience in working in or with the Automotive Industry or Dealerships
Previous Software implementation experience – advantage
Must be prepared to travel extensively in SA and into Africa
Must have a driver’s license – and own reliable transport
Will assist Clients in preparing and managing the implementation of Automotive systems into the Clients organisations.
Responsible for planning/ executing set-up and training of the dealerships automotive software systems.
Will do Data conversions from the old system to new system
Will do Installations
Will do full implementation System setups, Implement system, complete product installations
And Training system users and Go-Live at Clients premises
Monitor Month-end. Month-end installations.
Handover customer to Customer Support after Go-Live.
Set up system modules as per Client requirements, including user id and permissions,
Pre-handover customer support- Month-end installations.
Provide customer support about Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Debtors, Creditors,
Reconciliations, Trial balances, Vehicles, Parts, Service and CRM
Management Report writing.
Log faults and requests.
Monitor user progress.
Perform needs analysis with Clients
Work long hours and weekends whenever required.
User classroom training sessions.
Creating Client financial reports.
Salary: +- R23 000 – R 35 000 plus gross per month – plus Project Sign off Bonuses once per year
