Retail food outlet has a Bakery Supervisor position available. Looking for individuals with a formal qualification and with commercial & retail baking management experience. Must be able to manage a busy operation with a big staff content. Looking for someone with knowledge of various different types of breads, desserts and pastries on a big scale. Main duties will include stock control, quality and quantity control. Looking for someone with good communications skills who works well under pressure.
