Are you the person everybody wants to talk to for good customer service? Do you have experience in a transactional banking environment?

My client, an newly established bank , is on an expansion drive and is look to hire customer service agents for their Call Centre.

In this role, you will handle inbound calls and resolve transactional banking enquires while creating a WOW customer service experience.

To qualify:
- You are South African born
- You are able to work shifts in an 8-8 environment
- You have 1+ years experience in an inbound banking call centre
- You have a minimum qualification of matric and no criminal or arrest record
