Barman | Rosebank | 5 Star Boutique Guesthouse

We are looking for experienced BARMAN/BARISTA to join this upmarket 5 Star Boutique Hotel, located In Rosebank, Johannesburg. The Guesthouse prides itself with newly renovated upmarket rooms, Spa, lush green gardens, indoor hot water swimming pool and state of the art conference facility

As ideal candidate you will have:
at least 2 years of experience from a similar establishment / upmarket restaurant / bar or 5 star lodge
fluent English
excellent communication skills
great presentation and personal hygiene
very good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
good skills in cocktail making will be a great advantage
ability to work under pressure
friendly personality
Duties and Responsibilities:
prepare all kinds of drinks as per customer's orders (Hot and Cold)
keep the bar area clean at all times
stock the bar prior to rush hours and at the end of the shift
be organized at all times
Must be able to advise customers and explain different drinks
Salary package offered:
