Basic Salary: R17 500 with commission

Description of Position
This fantastic position within this Skin Care Brand and the team requires and individual that is passionate, enthusiastic, dedicated and willing to go the extra mile within every aspect of her position. The candidate will be required to service and support her clients from a sales representative aspect. She will be required to meet monthly targets both in sales and new business acquisition as well and provide in-salon promotions for all existing clients.
Requirements:
Service and support the spa/salon data base and clientele that you are provided with.
Service existing accounts, obtaining orders and establishing new accounts.
Service and support the spas/salon data base from a sales and promotional perspective.
Merchandising of products on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
Drive therapist incentive.
Uphold Skin Care Brand’s CI and other company initiatives constantly to spas/salon and therapists.
Achieve set monthly targets and grow the existing business.
Find and acquire new spa’s/ salons alone and /or together with the assistance of the owners /manager of Skin Care Brand
Travel to outlying spas and destinations on a regular basis to service them.
Keep management informed of daily happenings by submitting activity reports, i.e. monthly planners, weekly planners, client report, prospecting reports.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information.
Recommend regular upgrades of treatments and products on offer.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Maintain good relationships with clients.
Qualifications: Must be a qualified skincare therapist with a minimum of a two-year diploma.
Experience: Must have at least three years working experience within the industry.
