My Client a leader in the online gaming industry is looking for a Business Intelligence/ SQL Specialist.

You would be required to have strong attention to detail and be a self starter. Your attention to detail will assist you in been able to have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced demanding environment. Your ability to work under pressure whilst been able to deliver on deadlines will make you the ideal candidate. You must have good communication skills as you will be liaising with others to complete tasks.

Your main objective is to be responsible primarily for report and database development.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

SQL server 2014+ relational database development
Stored procedures, Functions, triggers
SSIS and SQL queries
Developing SSRS reports
Writing more complex queries for specialized requirements on current and new projects
Develop operational reporting systems
Develop systems to support operations
Ensure that data sources cater for demands of ad hoc extracts
Operations and maintenance of standard, routine queries
Operate, maintain, enhance and optimize queries and systems
Ensure correct preparation of data for all operations
Additional tasks related to data extracts, automated operations and SQL queries as required
Assist with queries to support both business projects, operational and informational needs
Ensure that best practices are adhered to at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

Business Intelligence experience including design and maintenance of dimensional data warehouses
Must have SQL server 2014+ and relational database development, Stored procedures, Functions, triggers, SSIS and SQL query experience
BSc Comp Science, industry qualifications or equivalent experience
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
In depth knowledge of business data
