Main duties and
• Completion of proposals, capability statements, bids and tenders
• Require understanding and analyze the details of an RFP
• Responsible for defining, scheduling, and managing the proposal preparation process
• Overseeing the proposal process; coordinating efforts and ensuring all timelines are met
• Writing of the proposals as well as research required for input into the proposals
• Keeping abreast of various sources to identify opportunities for the company to bid in relevant RFPs
• Attend briefing sessions and collect all tender/proposals documents
• Ensuring mandatory documents are updated and liaise with relevant stakeholders when nearing expiry
• Log all bids, tenders and proposal opportunities and ensure Director approval before the tender is compiled
• Conducting win/loss reporting of bids and proposals
• Management of the BID/tender proposals and company procedure.

Skills, experience and qualifications
• Extensive knowledge of the tender process withing an IT Environment
• MS Office with advanced Power Point and MS Word skills
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Bid Coordination/ Tenders / Business Development related responsibilities
• Extensive experience within tender environment
• Understanding of small and medium business environment and growth projection
• Strong Business Acumen
• Good sense of morals and ethics
• Positive proactive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid organisational skills
• Good administrative skills
