Supermarket in Randpark is looking for a Blockman to join the team. Looking for candidates with 3+ years experience as a blockman, preferably in a retail environment. Must be skilled in meat preparation, cutting as well as have knowledge of meat aging techniques. Must have exceptional quality and quantity control skills. The suitable candidate will have experience in meat portioning and packing. Must be able to work with high volumes. Only candidates with good contactable references will be considered.
