Grade 12.
Relevant qualification in supervisory / production management skills.
Valid driver’s license (with 12 months or more previous driving experience).
English / Zulu speaking person.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
2yrs practical experience in manufacturing environment of similar nature that includes measuring of quality control and quantity targets.
1 year previous experience in the manufacturing industry.
1 year previous proven experience in supervision of staff including motivating and disciplinary procedures.
Some level of experience with manufacturing machinery or an aptitude to learn about the machinery would be beneficial.
Comply with administrative requirements including checklists / reporting / systems.
Control and monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished products.
Team player.
Knowledge of materials utilised in production.
Problem solving – identify faults and arrange maintenance / repairs; non-adherence to quality control; discrepancies.
Ability to understand composition of product manufacturing and make adjustments when necessary.
Knowledge of health and safety practices and OHSA requirements.
