Position: Boilermaker Foreman
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Thabazimbi, Limpopo

Purpose of the Position: To ensure the Engineering reliability and availability of the Plant (Boilermakers) processes through effective maintenance by managing and supervising the resources available in a safe, effective and cost-efficient way.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
• Supervisory Training and Qualification will be an advantage
• 5 years post-apprenticeship/qualification experience as an Artisan is essential
• At least 3 years Plant experience
• Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in heavy industry – Cement experience will be advantageous
• PC Literate in MS Office Suite
• Valid drivers’ license
• Knowledge of the mine health and safety act
• Knowledge of machine and tools, including the designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principals involved in plant maintenance
• Knowledge of lifting equipment and the usage thereof
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Trade Test: Boilermaker/Plater
• Supervisory Quaification: advantageous
