BOILERMAKER :

A TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS COMPANY IN THE EAST RAND HAS THE ABOVE-MENTIONED VACANCY AND SEEKING SUITABLE CANDIDATES TO APPLY.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The incumbent will be responsible for welding and repairs to equipment and building steel work in line with the requirements of projects and special work required. The ideal candidate should have experience above average in steelwork and have the ability to adapt in a very fast paced work environment.
Requirements:
- Able to communicate in Afrikaans.
- Have passion for their work and can deliver quality results.
- Prepared to work shifts and including weekends.
- Must have experience greater than 5 years and if qualified will be advantageous.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to complete projects in time.
- Any additional task that may be allocated to a person which might not be directly associated to a Boilermaker.
- Willing to work adhoc hours and weekends.
- Medically fit.
- Constructions related experience in structural steel work on heavy duty equipment and specifically transport trailers.
- Fabrication and erection experience.
- Basic welding skills.

- Should have own reliable transport.
