Minimum Requirements:

- 1 - 3 years’ experience in the bond originating field

- Sales & Marketing experience (Resourceful in generating leads and business)

- Energetic, Friendly and well spoken

- Matric Certificate (NQF 4)

- Computer literacy (Microsoft office)

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent telephone etiquette

- Target & commission driven

- Must have your own laptop & cellphone with a stable internet connection


Key Responsibilities:

-Establish and maintain relationships with external companies (Estate Agents, Property Developers, etc.) to ensure client service and future sales opportunities.

-Maintain professional and healthy relationships and actively engage with clients & Estate agents.

-Cold Calling Real Estate agents & companies to partner with Bond King.

-Interviewing & Pre-qualifying clients (Credit score check & affordability check).

-Reviewing clients credit reports, income and expenses, and bank statements.

-Completing and capturing of client’s application accurately.

-Following up on outstanding information or documentation as requested by the banks.

-Updating of dashboards & spreadsheets

-Provide daily feedback to the client & estate agents.

-Timeous closure of deals
