Dealership in Durban surrounding is looking for a Booking Clerk | Service Advisor Assistant. Will be assisting Service Advisor when needed. Salary R8 500 Negotiable depending on experience. Plus Incentives, Provident Fund & Medical Aid

Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers upon arrival and booking vehicles in and out
Opening and closing of Job cards, Invoicing, ordering parts
Contacting customers to advise on progress
Maintaining service excellence at all times
Liaising with customers, Maintaining good CSI
Following up of cash Outstanding
Ensuring vehicles have been cleaned/washed
Checking vehicle prior to hand over
Phoning for authorization
Follow up calls after service
Maintaining pre-owned vehicles
Scheduling of workshop

Requirements
Must have previous Service Advisor experience
Must have previous Bookings Clerk experience
Must have dealership experience
Pay attention to detail
Matric
Traceable references & Clear criminal record & ITC
