Bookkeeper Salt River Cape Town

Our Client in the wholesale, retail distribution Industry Client in Salt River Cape Town is looking for a Bookkeeper with 3-5 years’ experience in taking the books to Trial Balance on Sage Pastel and to assist in Payroll duties. Payroll is done on Pastel Payroll and Excel.

Salary R 18000 – R 25000 Negotiable depends on qualification and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Relevant Accounting / Bookkeeping Qualification an added advantage
3- 5 years’ experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting – SAGE PASTEL or relevant software
Payroll experience & Pastel Payroll |Experience a MUST
Excel Experienced

Managing a team of 2 Clerks
Reporting to a financial manager
Creditors - Take full responsibility of all processing of all supply invoices and recon to statement for payment (checking prices)
Debtors
Vat processing, calculations and reporting to Financial Manager
Petty cash Control
All Recons of accounts and statement
Office Admin and Reception Desk
