Bookkeeper Required
REQUIREMENTS
? Tertiary qualification essential
? Bookkeeping / financial experience is essential
? Strong understanding of accounting processes
? Knowledge of bookkeeping functions and accounting terminology i.e. ledgers, income statements, balance sheets
? Fully computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
? Must have previous Accounting Package experience such as pastel
? Attention to detail and organised
DUTIES
? Reporting to the Financial Manager
? Responsible for payment collection
? Monitor the age analysis report on the system and ensure that customers pay on time
? Allocate expenses to the relevant ledgers
? Sending out statements to clients
? Preparation of month-end journals
? Compiling monthly reports
