Bookkeeper

? Process accounts from source documents to Monthly Management Accounts
? Calculation, reconciliation and submission of statutory returns ie VAT, PAYE, UIF and SDL
? Liaising with clients face to face, telephonically and via email
? Liaising with SARS
? Complete working paper files for review by management
? General accounting / administration
? Pastel with appropriate bookkeeping experience to trial balance (1 to 3 years)
? Diploma / Degree in Accounting, or working towards an accounting qualification, is essential
? Must be able to produce management accounts to be discussed with the clients
? Must be willing to be supervised and receive instruction
? Must be able to deal with multiple clients on a monthly basis and deal with pressure
? Must have own transport
? Must be able to liaise professionally with clients in terms of their accounts
? Must be able to work on own and be a problem solver
? Must have good inter personal skills and be able to work in a team
? Must be a forward thinker and be willing to learn and grow
