Our Client a manufacturer in Killarney Gardens is looking for a Bookkeeper with 3 years’ experience.

Salary R 12000 basic + high commission structure on payments – URGENT POSITION

Min Requirements
Matric
Financial Certificate an added advantage
XERO Accounting Software experience a MUST
Excel Experience a must
Min 3 years Bookkeeping experience needed
Bookkeeping to Trial Balance

Job Requirements
Bookkeeping processing to Trial Balance (No Payroll duties)
Monthly Bookkeeping send to Accountants (No SARS Efling)
Full Debtors and Creditors
Full Recons of all accounts
Vat processing and submission to Accountant
Place orders with suppliers
Receive orders from client to process GRV on XERO Accounting
Receive payments from medical aids and co payments from clients
Record Keeping of all transactions, quotes, and orders
Produce Purchase order for invoices and deliveries
Do quotations for clients on works that needs to be done
