Job Description

1. Capturing of Bank Statements and Reconciliation
2. Invoices to customers - approx. 25 per month
3. Reconciliation of Customers – most customers pay in full therefore minimal reconciliations.
4. Reconciliation of Suppliers – approx. 10 per month
5. HR Functions
6. Pastel Processing and Excel Spreadsheets
7. General Office Administration Duties.
