Key Responsibilities: • Manage financial transactions and records using QuickBooks Online. • Conduct VAT reconciliation and submission in compliance with relevant regulations. • Process creditor transactions and maintain accurate records. • Prepare monthly financial reports, including but not limited to income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Ensure accuracy in all accounting entries and financial data. • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. • Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary information for audits. • Maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system.
Required Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is mandatory. • Strong understanding and experience in VAT reconciliation and submission. • Experience in processing creditors and preparing monthly financial reports. • Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications: • A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Certification in bookkeeping/accounting.
