Duties:

Creating KPI’s, Procedures, implementing and monitoring controls
Developing organization from a HR Capital view
Demonstrated ability Managing strong technical / engineering staff and providing leadership
Must work with customers, have excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
Be able to grow the business by finding new customers and working with current customers (retain and grow)
Planning service center and emergencies
Attention to detail and ability to demonstrate efficiency and productivity control must be proven
Skilled in using computer applications (Excell and PowerPoint)
Communication skills verbal and written – follow up and factual and effective feedback
Must be self-driven and be able to operate with minimum supervision

Requirements:

Post Matric Qualification: Trade qualification Diesel or Mechanical Engineering diploma a must
Automotive or Transport Industry knowledge – managed a service workshop – spares, service, breakdown and administration
Preference will be given to an experienced workshop manager who have managed a workshop

Salary: R42 000 p/m (includes benefits)
