Branch Manager: IT Retail Store – Mossel Bay

Job Description
• Training, supervising and appraising staff
• managing budgets
• maintaining statistical and financial records
• dealing with customer queries and complaints
• overseeing pricing and stock control
• maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
• preparing promotional materials and displays

Requirements:
• Retail Management minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience in an IT and / or Telecommunication store essential.
• Must have a good knowledge of IT hardware and software
• Previous stock control management experience, min 5 years.
• Good verbal Communication skills
• Good commercial experience ( knowing how to maximise profits and how to do financial reporting)
• Must have own car and drivers license
• Must be able to open and close store daily and over weekends.
• Must live or want to live in Mossel Bay
