Job requirements:RE5 (Must have)NQF level 6 (FSB Recognized) (NQF level 6 Diploma, degree etc)Grade 12 (Must Have)3 -5 years management exposure in a retail environment as a manager/assistant manager/ supervisorTo manage the general operation of the branch in terms of sales and cost targets, cash management, staff management, client service and compliance; Mobile branch that parks in Ladysmith, but travels for the day in surrounding areas; To Manage the Achievement of all Sales Targets and Growth: 1. Set and manage the achievement of the following in accordance with the Sales Operating Procedures 2. Manage the achievement of Sales Target as set by Regional Manager i.e.: 3. Compile and manage Branch Business Plan in consultation with Regional Manager 4. Draw up monthly marketing plan and implement 5. Manage the Corporate Relationships Process (Identify, maintain, etc.)
