A company specialising in Microfinance is recruiting for a Branch Manger in Pretoria CBD
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the branch meets and improve its business goals by ensuring that the requisite systems and processes are in place in the branch in order to enhance the effectiveness of their business performance. To ensure that the management of business risk is effective and complies with requisite legislation in all aspects of the business.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Operations Management
· Planning & Goal Setting
· Organizing, Staffing, Assigning Tasks & Resources
· Alignment of People by Communication, Facilitation & Coaching
· Controlling & Problem Solving
· Change Management
2. Subordinate Management
· Ensure Subordinates' roles clarified
· Performance management of subordinates
· Subordinates' morale/engagement & energy level
· Manage Staff Turnover ensuring it is within allowed
3. Performance Standards & Targets
Produce Order, Consistency & Key Results in:
· Arrears targets
· Audit compliance
· Growth of loan book
Experience Required:
· Previous Managerial Experience - beneficial
· Previous experience in retail and/or micro finance industry will be advantageous
· Valid driver's license
