RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced BREAKFAST CHEF (LIVE-OUT) - position based in Pietermaritzburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12 (NQF 4).
Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Previous experience on SAP experience.
2yrs+ experience in a similar position.
Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly.
Maintain the excellent quality standards of food delivery.
Implement all tasks and action plans to ensure the optimal functioning of the kitchen including food cost and controls, menu preparation, operating equipment, kitchen expenses and Qpro audit requirements.
Responsible for the smooth and efficient delivery of breakfast. Ensure breakfast is ready at 06h30. Must be punctual and able to start work at 05h00.
Must be able to order as per the company’s SAP system of ordering and using company approved suppliers.
Build and maintain a working environment where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent.
Facilitate effective interdepartmental communication and teamwork to ensure guests expectations are anticipated and exceeded.

Salary package offered: - R6 000-00 per month (no benefits offered)
