Brooklyn, Pretoria: CONVEYANCING ATTORNEY (ADMITTED CONVEYANCER)
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable (female preferred)
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English (Afr & Eng client base)
-LLB Degree completed and admitted as a Conveyancer a must
-Minimum 2 years post admission Conveyancer experience (independently functional)
-Experience in Transfers essential
-Computer literate in Conveyancing software
-Assertive, self-driven and goal orientated
-Able to work under pressure
-Networking skills advantageous
-Own reliable vehicle
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full Conveyancer duties (independently functional)
-Handling of Property Transfers
-Liaison with banks and clients
Salary: R 25 000.00 gross (Negotiable depending on experience)
