Minimum Requirements:
-Female
-Fully bilingual with strong English proficiency
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 5 years experience in Transfers (all types) and STDB & FNB Bond Registrations at a law firm
-Independently functional
-Computer literate in Stordoc, Ghost Convey and E4
-Excellent communication and typing skills
-Non smoker
-Well presented and professional
-Stable employment record
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Transfers (Full titles, sectional titles etc. – all types)
-Standard Bank and First National Bank Bond Registrations, from inception to finalization of Bond
-Drafting of Bond Registration & Property Transfer document
-Drafting and typing relevant conveyancing documents
-Liaison with Banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms
-General conveyancing duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (Market related)
