Brooklyn, Pretoria: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (FOR LAW FIRM)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female, preferably aged approximately 35 – 45 years
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must
-Matric / Grade 12 with Computer Application Technology/Information Technology and/or Typing as a subject
-Computer literate in MS Word and MS Excel and Microsoft Outlook
-Excellent administration skills, communication skills and telephone etiquette (work experience)
-Independently functional
-Good typing skills essential (speed and accuracy)
-Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
-Non smoker
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start 1 November 2021
Duties:
-General secretarial, filing and administrative duties
-Drafting and typing of documents
-Client liaison
-Travelling to Post Office, filing of documents at court etc. when required (Limited, approximately once or twice a week)
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
