Either a Degree in industrial Engineering OR IT Software Development qualification OR BCom related OR qualified Business Analyst
Driver’s License.
Matric certificate
Must have min. 4-7 years’ working experience in IT Software Business Systems in either:
Lending/Personal Loans Financial Industry
OR Financial Group Life Risk/ Schemes industries
OR Life Insurance industry
OR Medical Aid or Healthcare industry
SDLC experience gained
Strong Agile experience
Must have experience in1st line Client support and going out to see the Client yourself at the Clients Company Regarding IT Software Solutions Service for Client
Manage all IT Software data fixes and systems and configuration (using DCR Framework) including regression software testing at the Clients premises + Go live
Must have Project Manage experience over full IT Software development team, including business analysts and software testers, requirements, design, testing, user training and deployments maintained and documented systems integration testing prior to deployments to Client environment
Manage all IT Software Development deployments (i.e. hotfixes, patches, releases)
Release management and configuration
Must have had experience going to see the client personally to obtain a IT software specification from the client and interpreting it and bringing back to own Company to be developed for the client
R 45 000-R 55 000 CTC per month package offered -which is full cost to company per month offered
