Bulk Invoicing Clerk – Sandton
One of our large fleet management/vehicle + truck rental clients based in Sandton are urgently in need of an experienced Invoicing Clerk to start as soon as possible. Must have experience in invoicing bulk amounts of invoices
Salary: R11 000 – R13 000

Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 07h30 – 17h00

Requirements:
Matric
Own Transport
Must have at least 2 years’ experience in invoicing bulk amounts of invoices
Working in the Logistics/rental industry will be beneficial but not compulsory
Needs to be proficient in Excel, word and outlook.
Fleetactiv is not compulsory but beneficial

Duties:
The person will be doing bulk invoicing (300-400 invoices per day), scan and email invoices as well as prepare hard copies for the reps to deliver.
The person will be helping the debriefing ladies from time to time (Working out overtime, allocating costs to rentals)
Person is also responsible for their own neat filing
Will be asked to help with other administrative duties when needed
The person will also be responsible for sending invoices to clients along with statements.
