• 3 Years minimum experience

• Call center related systems setup and management
• Strong report writing skills

• Real-time data analytics interpretation
• Skills and Knowledge
• Agile Project Management
• BPMN or UML Knowledge
• Subject to clear criminal & Reference checks.
