Our client is an International Call Center concern who renders IT support services. They want to appoint a IT Business Analyst to provide advisory support across functional areas and performs a broad range of complex technical or professional work activities, in a variety of contexts.
Accountabilities:
• Provide advisory role within Location Strategy.
• Participate in and co-ordinate projects relevant to Location Strategy.
• Assess situations, issues and opportunities and escalate when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality in all business related matters.
• Work with colleagues in a collaborative way to ensure best practice and continual improvement in delivery of service to the business.
• Establishes productive relationships and networks at an operational level to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Understand cost lines of budget/P&L to advise on applied rates and rate logic.
• Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.
Performance Indicators:
• Team and individual objectives fulfilled and delivered to recognised standard.
• Feedback from manager, peers and customers demonstrates ongoing credibility.
• Effectively escalates issues and opportunities to line manager.
• Taking ownership of queries and managing through to a prompt resolution.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Gaining credibility and adding value from providing appropriate support.
Essential Requirements:
• Grade 12 (Martic)
• Creative thinking – Data led
Desirable Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
• Experience with developing best practice policies and procedures for functional area.
• Experience with Power Bi.
• Experience with working in a challenging commercial or delivery environment.
• Good working knowledge of relevant functional systems.
• Fictional understanding of financial principles including cost, price, margin, cash flow, amortisation etc.
• Fictional understanding of cost estimation.
• Fictional understanding of benchmarking.
• Part- qualified in relevant professional qualification.
• Very strong Excel skills (up to but not including VBA).
