A leading financial services company based in Centurion is looking for a Business Analyst.

Job Purpose:
To effectively analyse business needs of clients / stakeholders to help identify business problems, document work flow, manage and propose solutions to new business ideas, trends and concepts.
Job Outputs:
• Enterprise architecture knowledgebase maintenance in terms of business processes
• Facilitate workshops with subject matter expert to define business processes for new business requirements and facilitate solution delivery
• Analyse the impact of new business processes on existing processes
• Identify integration requirements
• Change management
• Identify business risks and recommend solutions
• Performa technology scans for possible solutions to support business
• Facilitate Proof of Concepts sessions
• Advise on whether to re-use, purchase or buy
• Analyse and document new business processes and workflows
• Develop clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
Qualifications:
• Grade 12
• MS Office and MS Project
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification an advantage
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with exposure to Business Process Mapping, Business Process Reengineering and/or Business Analysis
• Minimum of 2 year’s exposure to and a good working knowledge of the utilization of Microsoft SharePoint technologies. Preferably SharePoint 2013.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Code 8 driver’s license
• Knowledge of architecture strategy development processes, methodology and architecture frameworks
• The use and understanding of Enterprise Architecture toolset (Case Wise) is desirable
• Business Process Mapping certificate based on Business Process Mapping Notation standard is desirable
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders and manage expectations
• Must have business acumen, good communication, problem solving, planning and organizing, interpersonal, analytical, facilitation and client engagement skills
• Must be able to manage conflict and function effectively in a highly stressful environment
