Our Pretoria based client are looking for a Business Analyst to add to their team on a permanent basis Your main responsibilities for this role will include the below tasks: • Assist business Product Owner(s) with prioritization • Collaborate closely with business owners to gain a better understanding of what the requirements and expectations are • Facilitation of backlog grooming sessions • Documenting of user stories • Documenting of acceptance criteria • Participate in all SCRUM ceremonies • Assist in testing activities Skills Required for this position: • Solid track record in successful delivery (as Business Analyst) within an agile environment • Good understanding and experience of the SDLC (more specifically SCRUM & KANBAN) • Good business acumen • Previous development experience will be highly beneficial • Insurance knowledge will be highly beneficial • Relevant IT degree • Business Analyst certifications will be beneficial • Self-starter • Leadership • Excellent communication • Influential • Negotiation • Conflict management Must Haves: • Relevant IT degree • 5+ years’ experience in a similar position Interested candidates can forward their comprehensive written applications to the following e-mail: ****@*****.*** or you can also contact Caitlin on (***)-***-****.
