Our client, a multinational leader in the FMCG industry is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to report to the SFA Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for analysing and developing business intelligence reports and provide insights to key stakeholders. The position requires regular travel throughout Africa. Job Description: Design and implement processes to effectively support In Market and Third Party systems. Identify and support business improvement opportunities through the use of existing or new technologies/innovations. Collate all in market SFA analysis, and track key KPI indices on sales and marketing activities Support Commercial Managers and Sales Coordinators on optimising route to market practises, i.e. route planning Project Manage any Route to Market system enhancements and campaigns Act as the RTM link between key African countries, partners and third parties Act as a central hub for all in country change requests or systems enhancements Requirements: Minimum of B. Com degree/equivalent tertiary qualification At least 4-5 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity Strong Commercial acumen Exposure within the Africa market an advantage Thorough understanding of ERP Understanding of Project Management Problem solving experience Understanding of both business process management, and mapping methodologies MS Excel skills (intermediate essential) Strong analytical abilities Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English Good leadership and facilitation skills Willing and able to travel What’s on Offer?
