• Plan Business Analysis approach for all and across projects you are working on
• Document business requirements and business rules
• Assess the impact, risks and benefits for various solutions
• Investigate system bugs and identify possible solutions to eliminate reoccurrence and identify fixes required
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Provide input to the project in respect of current issues that need to be included/ taken into account in project deliverables
• Maintain and comply with current processes established for Business Solutions
• Assess and prioritise logs for development (CUP and FAFA)
• Provide guidance and facilitation on workshops and meetings for planning, designing and creating of an effective solution
• Be a strategic advisor to business based on impact analysis
• Share knowledge with other Business Analysts and the team
• Help and provide guidance in respect of testing
• Provide post implementation support to business
• Responsible for communication to business owners/ Manco regarding the systems
• Document and communicate lessons learned for projects

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• Diploma/Degree or relevant business-related tertiary qualification related to Business Analysis
• 5 to 8 years relevant experience as a Business Analyst
• Matric
• Computer literacy – MS Office - well developed skills
• MS Visio, Access and SQL will be advantageous
• Knowledge of BABOK
• Knowledge of Jira will be advantageous
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in Agile Mind-set
