Summary
The primary focus of this role is on Customer Requirements Analysis for software systems to assist Business Development activities to finalise proposals, and once a contract is concluded to work with the Customer, external Stakeholders, internal Project Manager and Software Development team to ensure alignment, and a common understanding of system requirements and deliverables in order to accurately and timeously deliver value to our customers.
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar role
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• University Degree or BTech Diploma (Advantage is certification from IIBA in addition to a tertiary qualification)
• Knowledge of the BABOK® Guide, and Business and System analysis frameworks and best practices
• Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Able to multitask
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment

• Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills with range of internal and external stakeholders
• Professionalism in approach, conduct, service delivery – ability to self-manage and lead
