Overview:
• To support the Sales Department with administrative tasks and duties to achieve income targets
• To support the Sales Department to maintain high levels of employer satisfaction and communication
• To provide marketing support and production of materials as required

Key Performance Areas and Indicators:

Administration:

• To provide administrative support to the Sales Department and to support the team to meet funding and enrolment targets across all income streams.
• To support the Sales Department with marketing materials and events as required.
• To word-process documents (i.e. letters, correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes).
• To organise and convene meetings as required.
• To take minutes of meetings as required.
• To maintain employer and other filing systems (electronic and manual).
• To deal with incoming enquiries from clients ensuring customer service standards are maintained.
• To assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials.

Business Development Planning:

• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and customer trends.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Network with skills development facilitators, HR and Training Managers, BEE consultants and Compliance Officers.

General:

• Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time by management.
