• 10 years’ experience in business development management in the financial sector as a retail product or brand manager - banking, financial, FX industry
• Responsible for overseeing and supervising the company's activities and employees
• Manage and develop staff teams
• Work against set targets
• Monitor performance and ensure team meets target
• Responsible for overseeing and supervising the company's activities and employees with regard to new product launches and implementation
• Hands-on management and development of large teams
• High-impact communication & motivation
